Every condo we manage is a full residential unit inside the resort, not a hotel room. That means a real kitchen, real living space, and a private patio or balcony facing the Pacific. Specifics like bedroom count, bathroom count, and sleeping capacity vary by condo. Our Honeymoon Dream unit, for example, is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps two, and works well for couples who want a compact, private space. Booking Direct vs. Airbnb or VRBO
If you book a Cabo beachfront rental through Airbnb, the platform typically adds a service fee in the 14 to 16 percent range on top of the nightly rate. VRBO's service fee typically runs 6 to 12 percent. Booking directly with us through our own booking engine means you skip that markup entirely. You're paying the owner, not a platform fee stacked on top of the owner's rate.
