The two most-searched 3-bedroom oceanfront condos at Terrasol. Here's how to pick.
Casa Kelly (Unit 150) and Beachfront Heaven (Unit 135) are both 3-bedroom oceanfront condos inside Terrasol Beach Resort. They're the two most-searched listings in the Terrasol Elite collection — and they're often shortlisted against each other.
They are not interchangeable. Kelly is bigger, sleeps more, and is the better pick for groups of 7 or 8. Heaven is smaller, more luxurious per square foot, and has the most panoramic Pacific viewing angle in the inventory.
Here's the side-by-side, then the one detail that decides it for most travelers.
This is the single most important thing to understand before booking Kelly. The 3rd bedroom is a self-contained studio — one king bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV — but it's physically separate from the main condo. You walk out the main unit and over to it.
For most groups this is a positive: teens get their own door, in-laws get their own privacy, the noise of the main living room doesn't reach the third bedroom. For families with young kids, it's the opposite — most parents don't want their 8-year-old in a separate building.
Beachfront Heaven has all three bedrooms inside the main unit. Smaller, but everything in one place.
Heaven officially sleeps 6 — over-occupancy violates resort policy and triggers a fee. Kelly is built for 8 and is the largest unit in the inventory.
Heaven has all bedrooms inside the main unit and is 20 steps from the heated pool. For families with kids who specifically want a bunk room, Casa Sangria (also 3 BR, sleeps 6) has one with a private en-suite.
Two king masters with en-suites, both with ocean views. The third bedroom can stay empty. Panoramic Pacific view from the living room makes it the more luxurious "destination" pick.
Heaven has the widest Pacific viewing angle in the inventory. If "panoramic view from the living room" is the photo you want to send home, this is it.
Kelly is directly on the sand. Walk out the deck, you're on the beach. Heaven is oceanfront but you're not stepping onto sand the moment you leave the unit.
Kelly starts at $402/night vs Heaven at $600. With the 50% off promo (code 50OFF, through October 2026), that's $201 vs $300. Per guest, Kelly is the better value — especially with the higher sleep count.
